Delivery time

About returns
Basically we do not accept returns.
We will only accept unused products that are defective or incorrectly delivered. Please contact us within one week after the product arrives. After one week, we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges. Please note. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the price.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered due to the customer's personal preference (e.g., the product is different from the image, the order was placed by mistake, etc.), but we accept cancellations only before the product is shipped. If you have ordered by mistake, please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds even if the product is returned without permission.

After the product has been delivered, if the product is returned due to customer reasons, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping fee in the case of a refund. We will bear the cost of defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivery exchanges.

Defective product
Defective or damaged items will be replaced. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product. We will respond by exchanging or refunding the price.

Wrong product delivery
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will respond quickly.
